Crisis Support:

Immediate access to support and resources during times of crisis is essential. We prioritize your well-being and ensure you have the assistance you need when facing a mental health emergency:

National Suicide Prevention Lifeline:

Call 1-800-273-TALK (8255) to speak with a trained crisis counselor. This service is available 24/7, and all calls are confidential.

The Jed Foundation (JED)

JED works to protect emotional health and prevent suicide for teens and young adults. Their website has resources, programs, and ways to get involved.

Trevor Project:

Harbor House provides comprehensive services for survivors of domestic abuse, including a 24/7 crisis hotline, emergency shelter, and advocacy.

National Domestic Violence Hotline

211 Helpline:

Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA)
